Assignments:
Christ Light - Ws. 4a from yesterday
Memory Work - 1st/2nd Commandment due Thursday
Catechism - We talked about how we TRUST in God above all things, Ws. 5
Math - We took Test 1 today, corrected it in class. The students assignment is to correct any errors that were made.
English - We reviewed for our Test tomorrow (Chapter 2), Ws. 9 and study vocabulary words for tomorrow!
Literature - Read another poem today, this one by Shel Silverstein, "Whatif". Students are to write their own "Whatif" or "how does" or "why does" poem for tomorrow. (aabb rhyming pattern!)
Music/Art - No Assignment
Science - We finished up our study on Volcanoes. Students have posters to finish and Ws. 3
History - We discussed the Babylon and Assyrian empires today. Read Lesson 4 (Jewish Religion), take notes, and Wb. 22 for tomorrow.
Handwriting - We will do handwriting tomorrow!
Announcements:
1. Picture Day is tomorrow!
2. All of a sudden, we have a lot of students who are seeming to be under the weather...sneezing, sniffling, coughing, etc. We we will do our best to clean in the classroom and wash our hands as to not spread germs. Students are reminded to get a good nights rest, eat a good breakfast, have some OJ, and anything else to STAY HEALTHY!
