First Day

Day one of the 2011-2012 school year is in the books....and what a day it was! A prayer request - pray for cooler weather. Please.

The students had a day of learning/re-learning the ropes of the classroom. (Ask them about our new folder/binder procedure!) We enjoyed the day but I can tell the students are ready to open the books and start learning. We will get into our scheduled classes tomorrow (Thursday). Look for those assignment notebooks in the backpacks, sign, and put back in the bags. The secret word for today is: Banana.

Have a great evening!

There are a few things to note when you come to this page. I have linked a few important sites to the right hand column. You'll also see our new school year theme which we will focus on throughout the school year. For fun, you can feed our "fish" whenever you visit simply by clicking on the picture and watch the fish go crazy!

Check back often and watch for more updates to keep coming!
