Happy Weekend!

Thank you to all those that responded about meeting early for conferences. Having them spread out and only doing a few a day will help a lot and I thank you for that. If you haven't talked to me yet but would still like to meet Monday - Wednesday, October 29-31, please let me know.

Mission update: We collected $33.72 over the last two weeks which brings our classroom to a total of $169.15. We have one more week in the 1st Quarter. Can we make it to $200 in one quarter? Look for the last envelope to come home on Tuesday along with corrected papers and notes!

Lit - Pg. 95 #1-7 in complete sentences on the story of Don Quixote. Any parents ever see that movie/musical? One of my favorites!
English - Ws. 16/14 on writing and editing sentences. Use: SN V A Adj Adv P OP
Math - Lesson 31, ODDS
Science - Ws. 38/39 as a review of Lesson 3 on Cell Division. Ask your child about the difference between meiosis and mitosis!
History - We watched a video on the election process today. More projects to come as we are only 18 days away from Election Day!
