Announcements:

1 - Science Fair Presentations are this evening at 6:30 pm. Students are asked to dress nicely and arrive at school by 6:20 pm. I am looking forward to hearing all about their projects!

2 - Folders came home today but NO progress report yet. Look for one before Thanksgiving as a 2nd Quarter update.

3 - Mission Envelopes! Bring them back tomorrow - thank you!

Homework:

Christ Light - Ws. 13b from Wednesday due tomorrow
Catechism - Ws. 20 due on Tuesday - WITH YOUR FAMILY
Memory Work - Hymn 207 st. 1 & 2
English - We will continue to work on our 5 Paragraph Expository Essay tomorrow

Lit - We finished our Poetry Anthologies today!! We made a mess in classroom and may have had to kill a tree or two but we had fun. The students really created some neat poems, especially the limericks. Take a minute to browse through the book that they made!

Science - We will wrap up the Constellation Presentations tomorrow. Have you seen your child's? Check them out - the students really have done a fantastic job so far. I love their enthusiasm to learn how to use Google Drive.

History - None...Chapter 6 Test today

Math - Investigation Day! The 5th graders worked on sequences (Students: remember the quiz? 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21...) and the 6th graders worked on data collection, organization, and interpretation. We created a Google spreadsheet and created a graph of our findings...check them out!
